Refunds
We offer a full refund if the online material has not been accessed by the purchaser.
To be eligible for a return, you must request a return/refund in writing. Email can be sent to bigbangagility@gmail.com
All online materials that have been published to the Onform application on the students library is exempt from being returned or refunded.
Additional non-returnable/refundable items:
- Online classes
- Private Coaching
- Memberships
In the case of any acceptations to this refund policy is at the sole decision of Big Bang Agility and is subject to a service fee of $30 USD. Any and all refunds will be processed via the original payment method once the funds are deposited to Big Bang Agility and subject to any delays caused by the banks or processing companies.
